Can I login with my CAC?
No. If you are prompted to login with your CAC simply click the "Use another account" option and login with the credentials that were provided to you.

Why do I get "Invalid login" when I attempt to access the site?
Ensure you are including the vastec domain in your username (i.e. vastec\jdoe). Ensure your username and password are being typed correctly. Ensure you are NOT attempting to "cut and paste" your password.

Can I copy and paste my password when logging into my account?
No. Most
security settings on DoD systems will not allow copy and paste with
passwords. Sometimes it will even look like it is pasted in the
password field but still does not work. It is always best practice
to manually type in the password.

Why do I get a blank screen when I successfully log into my account?
This is usually because your password has
expired. Passwords are set to expire every 90 days. If you don't
change them prior to the expiration date you will need to contact
VoD Customer Support to reset your password.

How do I get a Vastec on Demand account?
Click on the Email Support link above to request an account. In the
email include your department lead's name and email address. We will
send an account request form to your department lead for approval. Once
it is approved and your account is created, we will email you your login
information. |
